NEW THIS YEAR-- Twin Cities Baseball Academy will running a Catching Program that will be dedicated to helping athletes with the individual skills it takes to play the position at a high level. We see catcher as one of the most neglected areas of training even though it's arguably one of the most important positions on the field. TCBA has had alot of success developing catchers over the years and would love to spread its knowledge to see more catchers go on to play at the next level from MN.

We will start with the basics & progress rapidly with drills, workouts, & techniques that elite college and professional catchers use to develop their game. 

Our one hour sessions will have a limited capacity. Apply now while spots last!!

AGES: 14-18 Years Old

• Improve & learn flexibility and mobility techniques
• Learn proper Stands & Setup
• Improve Movement Patterns

• Receiving Drills
• Blocking Drills
• Throwing Drills & Armcare exercises
• How to develop relationships with pitchers & coaches
• Recovery & strength exercises

Requirements:

All players must have their own catchers gear & catchers glove. All players must also fill out our application before registration process can begin. Please, note that this is not a program for beginners and past catching experience is recommended.
